Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced mechatronic hardware developer specializing in oil, cooling, or fluid-related systems.
You will develop components for oil and cooling systems. The role covers the full development cycle-from early concept work to ongoing product maintenance. As product owners, we take broad responsibility for our components and collaborate closely with functions such as purchasing, quality, operations, and other engineering teams.
We believe you are a curious, self-driven person with a proactive, can-do mindset. Your previous experience has helped you develop strong analytical abilities and an understanding of structured product development processes. You pay close attention to detail and take initiative when necessary. You also have a solid understanding of component functionality and system behaviour.

Qualifications:

* Master's degree in Product Development, Mechatronics, or a related field.
* Experience in developing fluid system components (e.g., pumps, valves), with strong understanding of component functionality, system requirements, testing, technical documentation, and supplier interactions.
* Experience in developing mechatronic components with integrated or "smart" actuators, including defining technical requirements and supporting software verification and validation.
* Experience working with supplier-developed components and managing Statements of Work (SOW).
* Basic knowledge of 3D CAD tools is an advantage.
