What will you do?
* Lead technical teams of design engineers and technical leads through tendering and project execution phases
* Oversee technical solutions from inception to closure, ensuring delivery meets cost, time, and quality standards
* Capture customer needs, define optimal solutions, and identify technical risks throughout the project lifecycle
* Drive operational excellence, performance, and customer satisfaction while fostering team collaboration and growth

* Communication - advanced level; articulating technical strategies and project updates to stakeholders at all levels
* People Management - advanced level; directing team resources and developing engineering talent to meet business goals
