You will work in a fast-developing, international environment driven by innovation, collaboration and authenticity. As a Global Operations Project Manager, you will play a central role in leading transformation and development initiatives across global operations.

Responsibilities
As Global Operations Project Manager, you will lead and drive global development and transformation projects within operations. Your main responsibilities include:
* Lead global operations development and change projects, including planning, coordination, and structuring.
* Conduct pre-studies and build business cases, covering network analyses, supplier evaluations, and process improvements.
* Define, develop, and document operational processes.
* Drive initiatives in reporting and system development.
* Lead and participate in global operations tendering processes.
* Analyze product flows and supply chain processes to optimize performance.
* Support managers and decision-makers with analyses, reports, and presentations.

These initiatives aim to drive cost and service level improvements while reducing tied-up capital across Gant's global operations
