We're hiring: Sales Consultant
Join our team this summer as a Sales Consultant. This is a part-time position (6.5 hours/week) starting as a summer role, with great opportunities for additional hours and the possibility to continue working weekends as part of the team after the summer season.
Availability during the summer period is important, including both weekdays and weekends. There are strong opportunities for extra shifts beyond scheduled hours, so flexibility and availability are considered a big plus.
If you enjoy helping customers, working in a fast-paced retail environment, and being part of a team that brings energy to the shop floor, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll do: Deliver great service by welcoming customers, answering questions, and helping them find the right productsDrive sales through active customer engagement and product recommendationsKeep the shop floor looking great: replenish stock and maintain tidy, attractive product displaysHandle transactions accurately (cash/card), including returns and exchanges. Support daily store operations, including opening/closing tasks and maintaining cleanlinessStay up to date on product knowledge, campaigns, and store policies
What we're looking for: A consumer-first mindset and a positive, service-oriented attitudeStrong communication skills and a team-first way of workingComfortable learning new systems (POS, basic MS applications) and picking things up quicklyReliable attendance and punctualityAble to work non-traditional hours (evenings, weekends, holidays) as neededFluent in English and/or Swedish
