Dein Verantwortungsbereich
- Du erstellst das monatliche Managementreporting für einen Geschäftsbereich
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Fachpersonen und dem Management unterstützt du die Zielerreichung durch die Budgetierung und die regelmässigen Forecasts
- Durch die Konzeption und Erstellung interner Berichte und detaillierter Analysen schaffst du fundierte Entscheidungsgrundlagen
- Darüber hinaus arbeitest du an internen Projekten und bringst deine Expertise ein
- Ad-hoc-Anfragen bearbeitest du selbständig

Deine Stärken
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium (Uni/FH) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im Rechnungswesen oder Controlling
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Controlling oder Rechnungswesen ist wünschenswert, um schnell in die Aufgaben einzusteigen und eigenständig Verantwortung zu übernehmen
- Eine hohe Affinität für Zahlen sowie ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten helfen dir, komplexe Zusammenhänge zu verstehen und fundierte Entscheidungen zu treffen
- Der sicherere Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, ist erforderlich; idealerweise bringst du Kenntnisse in SAP oder PowerBI mit
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine hohe Selbständigkeit, Diskretion, Detailgenauigkeit und Teamfähigkeit aus
- Hohe Lernbereitschaft, Interesse an neuen Herausforderungen sowie gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab
