Application Support Specialist - Front Office (80-100%)

We are looking for an Application Support Specialist - Front within the IT Operations department to provide application support for Front tools (Wealth Management) to the client-facing and operational units of Lombard Odier (Europe) S.A., as well as to our external partners.

YOUR ROLE
* Provide functional support for Wealth Management applications
* Identify, resolve, and troubleshoot all issues raised within the team
* Ensure maximum availability of applications and deliver quick solutions to Front teams' queries
* Participate in quality checks and drafting of new application releases
* Train users on applications and assist our partners during UAT

YOUR PROFILE
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
* Strong interest in the banking sector
* Strong analytical and teamwork skills with a keen interest in client interaction
* Sense of responsibility
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Proficiency in French and English
* Resident in Switzerland or willingness to relocate
