How would you use data to create the bank of the future?

As Data Management Specialist, you build the foundation for the strategic transformation at Julius Baer, driving data-centricity. You will join the team for a fixed period of time to cover a maternity leave.

You are at the heart of the bank's transformation and bring together colleagues from all units, be it Front, IT or Compliance to achieve excellence.

YOUR CHALLENGE

* Take-up the challenge to drive the topic during the maternity period until end of March 27
* Co-design and monitor data management standards and processes
* Co-design and monitor bank-wide data product standards and processes
* Work closely with representatives from the front office business units and supporting business functions like legal, compliance, finance, operations Enterprise Architecture and IT
* Enable and co-create with business data models according to company, industry and architectural standards

YOUR PROFILE

* Earned a university degree or equivalent, preferably in science, business informatics, banking or finance
* Several years of experience in metadata management, data dictionary, information architecture, data lineage, reference data and business glossary
* Experience in the financial industry, banking industry
* Acquainted working with data modeling and data management tools in general (data dictionary, data lineage, etc.)
* Can do attitude
* Strong at collaborating and influencing, building an effective stakeholder network across divisions and regions
* Comfortable in challenging the status quo and manage escalations on every level
* Great teammate, who is fun to work with and drives the change naturally
* Fluent in English, German would be an advantage
