Overview Risk management is a fundamental component of how PublicisLive designs and delivers its events. Over the years, our teams have consistently integrated risk anticipation, coordination, and mitigation into project delivery, working closely with internal stakeholders, partners, and authorities. To reinforce and further professionalize this existing approach, PublicisLive is strengthening its organization through the creation of a Risk Management Coordinator role. Reporting to, and working under the active guidance of, the Director of Transformation, this position offers close mentoring, regular sparring, and strong exposure to transversal and strategic topics. This is a transversal role, responsible for end-to-end risk management across all our events. Its objective is to consolidate and improve established practices, ensure consistency from one project to another, and support the continued maturation of our risk management approach. The role focuses on structuring and animating risk management across projects, mobilizing the right expertise when needed, and constructively challenging existing frameworks to strengthen overall preparedness. Responsibilities Risk strategy, governance & structuring Refine, and continuously improve the risk management framework across projects Lead and structure risk assessments, ensuring a holistic and evolving coverage of all relevant risk dimensions, adapted to the context, scale, and specificities of each event Ensure consistency and coherence of the risk approach across projects and over time Ensure full and structured risk documentation, including: risk assessments and risk registers, risk scenarios and assumptions, mitigation measures and associated responsibilities, control points and follow-up mechanisms, internal risk-related communications and key decision records Maintain clear documentation, dashboards, and decision traceability Monitor risk evolution and ensure risks are reduced over the project lifecycle Transversal coordination & animation Work closely with project teams, production, operations, IT, procurement, and management to identify risks early, follow up on mitigation actions, challenge the relevance and effectiveness of measures implemented Animate a structured rhythm of reviews and follow-ups Ensure risk management is fully embedded within existing project and operational processes Expert coordination & escalation Identify when specialized expertise is required (H&S, fire, security, cyber, etc.) For some events, coordinate internal and external experts, ensuring: clear scopes, appropriate timing, and well-defined responsibilities Scenario anticipation & preparedness Anticipate sensitive or critical scenarios when required Ensure response strategies, escalation paths, and communication principles are aligned in advance Provide management and clients with a clear, consolidated view of risk readiness. Qualifications We are looking for a structured, analytical, and curious candidate, comfortable navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments, with a solid foundation in risk management and a strong interest in applying this knowledge within the events industry. Previous experience in risk-related coordination, compliance, project governance, H&S support functions, or structured operational environments, exposure to large-scale event a plus.
