Build the "Megaphone"

Your mission is to make sure our brand's best content reaches every corner of the construction and surveying ecosystem - not just on our own channels, but everywhere the industry (and AI models) go for answers. You are the engine that gets our ideas out of the building.

The collaboration model

* From PMM & Content: You get the messaging strategy and "Hero" assets.
* From Digital Marketing: You receive community marketing guidance for SEO and LLM targets.
* Your Job: Turn those inputs into a weekly distribution drumbeat across all organic channels. You report to the Head of Marketing.

Responsibilities

* Master of Repurposing: Take long-form "Hero" content (guides, webinars, case studies) and slice it native assets for LinkedIn, newsletters, and niche communities.
* Campaign Coordination: Own the master content calendar. You are the "traffic control" for all organic channels, ensuring our content, emails, and social posts are on schedule and on message.
* Social Media: Manage the daily publishing cadence across LinkedIn and other platforms. Write copy, source visuals, engage in comment sections and track performance.
* Community Ownership: Actively share our content and engage in Reddit threads, industry Forums, and partner channels to build brand visibility beyond our owned platforms.
* GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) execution: Partner with the Digital Marketer to seed our narratives in forums, groups, and publications that LLMs (Perplexity, Gemini, SearchGPT) use as primary sources to improve our ranking.
* Email Engine: Draft, schedule and optimize email campaigns to improve CTR, segmentation, and lead flow.
* Experimentation: Run fast distribution tests (e.g., "Does a LinkedIn Document post drive more webinar signups than a video?") and turn winners into repeatable playbooks.
* Webinar Coordination: Set up webinars in our hosting platform, coordinate speakers, and drive registrations through email and social promotion.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - or equivalent B2B marketing experience.
* 1-3 years in tech B2B marketing
* Professional-level English writing skills with the ability to make technical concepts compelling.
* Hands-on proficiency in Canva and Linkedin - you own the full content lifecycle from creation to publishing.
* Fluent in AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Nano Banana, etc.) to scale output without sacrificing quality.
* Curious and collaborative - you ask hard questions and welcome diverse perspectives.

* Experience in construction/mining/geospatial/surveying experience
