To support our growth on international markets, we are looking for a Junior Sales Account to join our commercial team and contribute to the development of the Swiss market.
This is a role designed for someone eager to grow professionally, build strong commercial foundations, and develop expertise in B2B sales of digital HR solutions in a structured, high-impact environment.
Working closely with senior sales colleagues, marketing, and customer success teams, you will progressively take ownership of commercial activities, from prospecting to client relationship management.
Your Responsibilities
* Support commercial development and new client acquisition in the Swiss market
* Manage prospecting activities and generate new business opportunities
* Understand client needs and propose tailored HR tech solutions
* Support negotiations and sales processes alongside senior sales team members
* Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client satisfaction
* Build and maintain strong relationships with companies and key stakeholders
What We're Looking For
* A curious, proactive, and determined mindset, with a strong interest in sales and business development
* A first experience in sales or consulting, preferably in HR services, software, or B2B environments
* Familiarity with B2B sales and direct interaction with corporate clients
* Excellent knowledge of Italian and French (German is a strong plus)
* Strong motivation to grow in a commercial role and develop skills in selling digital solutions
* Availability to travel within Switzerland
