Your Role:

* You are responsible for your assigned market within the Luxury Consortia segment and accountable for achieving the defined KPIs
* You actively acquire new clients and conduct sales calls, client meetings, and hotel tours that bring our property to life and create memorable experiences
* You plan and accompany familiarization trips (Fam Trips), client events, trade fairs, and roadshows, both domestically and internationally
* You prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations with a strong attention to detail and a professional, polished style
* You monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs, and derive concrete actions to support sales planning
* You work closely with Revenue Management, Events, and Operations to ensure that every confirmed booking translates into a seamless guest experience

Requisiti del candidato:

* You have at least one to two years of experience in hotel sales, ideally within the luxury hospitality sector and with responsibility for your own market segment
* An existing network within the international luxury consortia market is a distinct advantage
* You are an outstanding and empathetic sales professional who consistently pursues business objectives and contributes to the profitability of Park Hyatt Zurich
* Even when handling a high workload, you maintain exceptional attention to detail and demonstrate strong organizational skills
* Numbers, reporting, and analysis do not intimidate you. On the contrary, you enjoy working with them
* Your fluent German and English language skills enable you to communicate effectively with both international and local clients Additional languages are a plus
* You are willing to travel for trade fairs, roadshows, and client visits
