Procure to Pay Specialist

Full-time on site/hybrid (Lviv) or remote (countrywide employment)

You are:

* Skilled in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel (SAP knowledge will be a plus);

* Confident in English on at least Intermediate level;

* A great team player;

* A professional with a customer-first mindset;

* Attentive to details;

* A fast-learner;

* Adaptable to change and cope in a fast-paced environment.

With you we will:

* Work closely with Requestors, other E2E teams (Buyers, Accounts Payable etc.) to support ongoing activities;

* Create and correct Purchase Orders (PO);

* Check and resolve parked and blocked invoices;

* Prepare periodic and on demand reports and analytics concerning suppliers, spends, contracts, data consistency, etc.
