We're excited to offer an opportunity for Junior Corporate Learning Coordinator to join our T&L Team.

With you we will:

* Administrate learning solutions and manage participants in iLearn platform;  

* Management of learning content data quality; 

* Coordination and resolution of queries and system errors; 

* Collaboration with Senior stakeholders from functions and businesses;  

* Reporting and analytics to get business insight;  

* Processing ad-hoc request based on function need;  

* Work on improvements and value-added projects.

Key requirements:

   

* Masters' degree in Communication, International Relations, Business Administration or equivalent; 

* Skilled in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel   

* Successful experience in managing short & long term projects in terms of coordination/administration/management skills. 

* Ability to work within tight deadlines. 

* A great communicator and a team player  

* A professional with customer-first mindset   

* Ability to work autonomously, make things happen, take ownership and initiative. 

* English (advanced written and verbal);
