Are you a student or recent graduate in economics, finance, or accounting looking to start your career in an international environment? This role offers hands-on experience, structured training, and daily work with real accounting processes.

What you will learn and work on:
* support accounting processes for international companies within Central and Eastern Europe;
* process invoices and payment documents under supervision and according to internal procedures;
* prepare data for financial statements and the general ledger;
* collaborate with experienced colleagues and learn how month-end processes work;
* communicate with English-speaking clients on routine operational matters.

Personality requirements and skills:
* good communication skills in English - B2 level and higher;
* experience in a similar or an accounting position is an advantage but not required - we provide onboarding and on-the-job training;
* sense of detail and precision required;
* strong organizational & technical skills with a desire to seek new learning opportunities to stay technical and relevant;
* self-starter capable of deciding what needs to be done without being told;
* ability to work as part of a team, whether with your colleagues or the practice with the ability.
