Are you passionate about Design and Content Creation? Nestlé Business Service is looking for those who are ready to take on the challenge and become a part of our loyal & dynamic team. As Digital Content Specialist you will play a key role in designing and delivering digital learning content across various platforms.

You are:

* Experienced with content creation tools: BOOST, Adobe After Effects, Articulate 360 (storyline & Rise) and others;

* Aware of basic design principles and graphic design software;

* Strong analytical and problem-solving expert with the ability to think outside the box;

* Creative and innovative in designing engaging and effective learning content;

* Person with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;

* Committed to continuous learning and development in terms of latest trends and technologies in content design and creation.

* Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.

With you we will:

* Interview requestors, conduct needs analysis and align on vision of expected result;

* Develop and design e-learning/trainings material/learning path and customized curriculum aligned with brand identity;

* Execute projects in Agile methodology with high quality and fitting timelines;

* Foster regular communication and effective collaboration with Corporate stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts withing project duration;

* Ensure developed learning solution corresponds to expected result;

* Develop and use business and design insights to optimize content creation process;

* Explore and implement new tools for creation learnings/learning materials.
