About this Position

What you´ll do

* Proactive monitoring of the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) interface on a content level for our warehouse located in Bönen, Germany (driven by external logistics provider)
* Following up and solving the IDOC (intermediate document) errors with internal stakeholders and external partner
* Inventory management & stock in transit monitoring via the EDI interface
* Creation, prioritization and tracking of IT tickets related to the EDI interface
* Coordination with other departments on EDI interface related issues
* Stock count preparation

What makes you a good fit

* University Degree in Economics (preferably in Supply Chain/Logistics/Purchasing)
* 1-3 years of work experience in warehousing and/or transportation field, fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
* Business fluent German and English skills are required
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Team-player attitude
* Strong analytical thinking and proactive approach
* Thorough knowledge of Excel is a must
* SAP experience is an advantage
