Responsibilities:

* Provide daily administration and first-level support for logistics execution systems and applications

* Identify, analyze, and resolve application incidents and system issues

* Support functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system updates

* Manage user access and maintain related documentation and manuals
* Configure and support barcode-related devices

* Prepare reports and analytics based on business needs

* Gather business requirements, promote best practices, and support local solution development when needed

* Participate in business projects and system implementations

* Monitor project outcomes and business performance indicators to ensure expected benefits are achieved

* Support the deployment of standard business processes and applications across sites and shared services

* Train and support business users while ensuring alignment between global standards and local implementations

Requirements:

* Educational background in IT, business, logistics, or a related field

* Strong interest in business applications, IT support, and logistics processes

* Solid understanding of relational databases and database management systems

* Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive mindset

* Experience with business ticketing systems is an advantage
