Job Description

What you'll do...
* Maintain accurate accounting records and assist in preparing the VAT return by verifying and recording purchase invoices.
* Update the purchase invoice schedule daily to ensure that invoices are paid on time.
* Reconcile all banking transactions by matching them to the correct accounts.
* Record daily financial transactions, including receipts and discounts.
* Reconcile credit card and online payment transactions.
* Update client invoices on a daily basis and ensure timely payments..
* Lead one project during the internship period (such as creating an SOP or developing a new process to improve efficiency).
* Provide support to the accountant with various additional tasks as needed.
