YOUR POSITION
As an HR Assistant, you will be a member of the Business Partnership Community of LVMH Beauty. You will be part of the HR Benelux team and support its daily HR related missions. You will report to the HR Business Partner Benelux. In your role, you will interact with the Belgian, Dutch, and Luxembourgish teams of the various LVMH Beauty Houses: Dior, Guerlain, Aqua di Parma, Benefit, Givenchy & Kenzo.
The Ideal Candidate: Demonstrates a strong interest in all HR-related matters Aspires to grow professionally in an international environment Commits proactively to learning all aspects of the work Exhibits trustworthiness with high standards of ethics, integrity, and confidentiality Possesses good organization and administration skills Demonstrates excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Pays attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and structure in their work Communicates fluently in French and English (both written and verbal); knowledge of Dutch is a plus
