How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
ESTAGIARIO
- Apoio no controle e acompanhamento da carteira de cobrança dos analistas;
- Atualização de planilhas, PBI e relatórios de controle (aging, follow-up, indicadores, PDD, DSO);
- Suporte na conciliação de informações entre sistemas e relatórios financeiros;
- Apoio na automatização de processos junto à TI (conciliação PIX, Régua de Cobrança, Bolecode na Danfe, melhorias no Portal do Cliente e Painel de Cobrança);
- Auxílio na preparação de apresentações e materiais gerenciais para reportes mensais de resultados;
- Organização de prazos e tratativas junto às áreas internas;
- Apoio administrativo geral às rotinas de Cobrança.

Do you have these requirements?
Estudantes de Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Gestão Financeira ou áreas correlatas.
- Conhecimentos em Excel intermediário (tabelas dinâmicas, PROCV/XLOOKUP), Power BI, facilidade com números e noções básicas de processos financeiros.
- Organização, atenção a detalhes, raciocínio analítico, proatividade e boa comunicação para interface com as áreas Financeira, Jurídica e Comercial.
