Your role

Are you a motivated self-starter with a strong interest in client servicing and commercial support? If you are ready to learn in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, this internship may be the right opportunity for you.

We're looking for a intern to:

* support the Affluents commercial team with day-to-day operational and administrative client requests
* assist in passive client servicing activities, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up
* work closely with Client Advisors, Relationship Managers, and internal stakeholders
* contribute to maintaining service quality and adherence to internal policies and processes
* support daily commercial activities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
* help ensure accurate documentation and proper handling of client-related demands

Your team

You will be part of the Affluents team within UPC in Wealth Management Brazil, which focuses on serving affluent clients.

The team works in close collaboration with Client Advisor, Relationship Managers, operations, and support areas to ensure a seamless client experience.

Our environment is collaborative and dynamic, offering strong development opportunities for those interested in building a career in client servicing, commercial support, and Wealth Management.

Your expertise

* students of Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related areas with graduation date on dec/27 or after
* availability to work 30h per week in São Paulo
* ideally advanced English (writing and speaking)
* fluent in Portuguese (writing, listening and speaking)
* solid Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
* organized and able to work with autonomy
* good communication and presentation skills (Portuguese and English)
* strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
* CPA 20 certification (is a plus)
