Position Description:
We are looking for a Business Services Analyst to join our growing team. We are offering a chance to work with our team of experience professionals, and provide high-value support to our Business Unit. This is your opportunity to learn about business operations and client services in an advanced business environment. You will work with CGI Consultants, Directors and Executives on a full range of business operations, program management and resourcing activities/tasks.
In an effort to foster collaboration and partner with clients, co-op students will be required to be in the office multiple times a week.
Start Date: September 2026

Work Term Length: 8 months

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $18-32/hour. This role is an existing vacancy.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Daily activities include data analysis, client service and deliver Business Operational Reports.
* Client Communication: respond to client inquiries, issue resolution, troubleshooting
* Completing audit requirements, including audit logs and reports
* On boarding clients: agreements, assist with communication, and maintain client satisfaction.
* Process Improvement: Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery
* Create and manipulate raw data for various business needs.
* Assist in the creation of presentations as required by the business.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role Must be in a Co-op Accredited program
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
* Microsoft Office tools: Outlook, Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP), Access, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, Visio, Word
* Excellent organizational and time management/prioritization abilities.
* Ability to efficiently multi-task
* Strong communications skills (verbal & written)
* Ability to work on own with minimal direction, as well as in a team environment
