*NOTE: this position is a UNPAID position that requires you to have full availability for 4 months (May to August) and that you are doing this internship as a required part of your current degree. *
Overview
The Housekeeping Rooms Coordinator Intern supports the daily operations of the Housekeeping department. This role is ideal for students seeking hands-on exposure to hotel operations, service excellence and the coordination required to deliver a comfortable and welcoming stay for every guest. Must be enrolled in a post-secondary program to apply.

What Will I Be Doing?
* Support the Housekeeping leadership team with daily room assignment sheets for
Room Attendants and Housepersons.

* Monitor room status updates and communicate changes to the Front Office team.

* Coordinate guest requests, amenities and special room preferences.

* Assist with lost and found documentation and follow up.

* Review room inspection reports and support quality control processes.

* Maintain accurate records and inventory logs for linens, supplies and equipment.

* Respond to guest and team member inquiries promptly and professionally.

* Follow all housekeeping, safety and security standards required by Hilton.

* Uphold Hilton brand service expectations in every interaction.

* Perform other duties as assigned.
