YOUR ROLE You take part in creating the best new hire experience in the project to completely renew our talent acquisition and onboarding process. You also help us with finding the best vendors for recruitment, and managing the a to z collaboration with them. * Co-project lead on the TA and ONB project, creating and managing a required content list for the new system * Asses current landscape of vendors and ensure best ROI of RPO vendors * .. * ..Intern 1: WeChat Operations and Marcom/University program Activities Support * Assist for operating the Automotive WeChat official account, including writing, editing, and publishing posts to ensure alignment with brand tone and communication goals. * Translate, proofread, and review market-related articles and promotional documents to ensure linguistic accuracy and professionalism.- saved 30k$/year in this area * Assist in video editing and production, including supporting video shooting when needed, to ensure high-quality visual content. * Carefully proofread marketing event details such as schedules, materials preparation, and timelines to ensure smooth execution. * Assist for managing event process applications and approvals, coordinating with relevant departments to complete necessary procedures. Assist on Auto-related university program, including information collecting, contest preparation, promotion materials supporting, video/pictures editing. Intern 2: Sample Management and Car Market Data Support * Samples for business demand process: * Handle daily sample requests, including registration, categorization, labeling, and tracking, to maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records. * Coordinate sample shipments to internal teams and external customers, ensuring timely delivery, proper packaging, and complete shipment documentation. * Maintain and regularly update the sample database, monitor stock levels, and support periodic stock-taking to ensure data consistency between system and physical inventory. * Communicate with sales, FAE and logistics teams regarding sample needs and priorities, helping to balance urgent requests and inventory constraints. * Automotive industry collection, analysis, preparation and report * Collect and organize industry-related data, performing basic analysis to support marketing strategies. * Collect and consolidate automotive production, sales and registration data from multiple public and internal sources, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. * Compile regular automotive industry and segment reports (e.g. NEV, 48V, ZCU related), providing structured charts and summaries to support business and marketing analysis. * Assist in preparing basic market and customer analysis, such as trend tracking, competitive overview and model mix breakdown, under the guidance of the marketing team. * Support the creation and maintenance of data dashboards or report templates (e.g. in Excel, PPT, or Power BI if needed) to improve efficiency and consistency of reporting. * Assist with other marketing and operational support tasks related to sample and data management, contributing to smoother internal processes and better decision-making. * Expense claim * Assist in daily department expense management, including budget tracking, reimbursement review, and expense reporting to ensure compliance. YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES * Master degree in human resources, sciences or similar * 5 years of HR * Extensive knowledge of excel, office suite..; * English business proficiency * ..
