Position Summary

You will join GSK Hong Kong as a Pharmacy Intern to gain hands-on experience across medical affairs, regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, quality assurance and commercial operations. You will work closely with experienced colleagues to support projects that protect patient safety and improve health. We value curiosity, teamwork and practical problem solving. This role offers real responsibility, focused learning and opportunity to grow while helping GSK unite science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease together.

Responsibilities

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
* Support medical affairs with literature searches, preparation of scientific materials and educational activities.
* Assist pharmacovigilance with collection and documentation of safety information and routine reporting.
* Help regulatory affairs prepare submission documents and monitor local regulatory requirements.
* Support quality assurance activities, including document reviews and participation in internal checks.
* Contribute to commercial tasks such as market research, preparing materials and supporting events.
* Learn about clinical research processes and liaise with internal teams and study site staff as required.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
* Currently enrolled in a pharmacy degree or a closely related health sciences programme.
* Strong written and spoken English and Cantonese to support local work and documentation.
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Able to work well in teams and communicate clearly with colleagues.
* Detail oriented with good organisation and time management skills.
* Available to work on-site in Hong Kong for the internship duration.

Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
* Previous internship or work experience in healthcare, pharmacy or pharmaceutical settings.
* Basic understanding of medical terminology, regulatory frameworks or safety reporting.
* Analytical mindset and ability to summarise information clearly.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing competing priorities.
* Interest in careers in medical affairs, regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance or quality.
* Proactive, curious and eager to learn new skills.

Location and working arrangement
This is an on-site role based in Hong Kong. You will be expected to work from the local office and collaborate with colleagues in person.
