Job Summary:

Hong Kong Disneyland Resort is now hiring Interns for Human Resources team. Based on academic background and interview performance, shortlisted candidates will be assigned to one of the team below:
* Compensation & Benefits
* Disney University (Learning and Development)
* HR Operations
* Talent Acquisition
* Business Partnering (Cast Engagement)

Responsibilities:
* Support a variety of HR projects.
* Update and maintain required personnel records in systems.
* Support recruitment activities, from onsite interview arrangements to onboarding.
* Provide administrative support for any assigned tasks.

Requirements:
* Current university students graduating in or after 2026, majoring in any disciplines.
* Energetic, strong team-players and passionate about Disney.
* Excellent command of English and Chinese, including both spoken Cantonese and Putonghua.
* Have the right of abode in Hong Kong SAR.
* Must be available for a full-time internship for three consecutive months between May and August 2026.
* Previous work experience at Disney theme parks will be considered as an added advantage.
