Who are we?
Founded in 1982, APM, Ariane Prette Monaco, is a contemporary fashion jewelry brand that associates itself with the chicness of Monaco and South of France lifestyle.
We are looking for a driven, analytical, and peopleoriented HR Intern to support our HR Business Partner team in driving key people initiatives and organizational development.
Responsibilities:
* Assist HRBPs with recruitment activities and workforce planning
* Conduct research on HR trends, policies, and best practices
* Participate in employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
* Assist with HR reports, analytics, and documentations
* Perform general administrative duties as needed

Requirements

Skills and Experience:
* University student from Business, Human Resources or a related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information
* Curious, collaborative, and eager to learn how HR supports business strategy
* Proficiency in MS Excel
* Good command in both spoken & written English and Chinese
* Immediate availability is preferred
