Job Duties/Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

* Support HR programs from material preparation, collection to data checks and display
* Facilitate HR-related events and meetings, including preparation and coordination
* Support people communications as needed (e.g., newsletters, WeChat, videos, SharePoint, TV)
* Provide other HR support as needed
Required Qualifications:
* 2027/2028 graduate with Master degree
* Be professional and keep confidential information secure
* Sense of responsibility, strong execution, proactive and detail oriented, able to work on important and repetitive tasks with patience and accuracy
* Japanese is required, N1 preferred
* Excellent in Office 365 tools, digital tool preferred
