Job Description
* Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of experienced chefs.
* Learn and adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
* Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
* Help with the plating and presentation of dishes for service.
* Participate in menu planning and recipe development.
* Collaborate with team members on special events and promotions

* Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related degree programme.
* Strong passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with cultural awareness and adaptability.
* Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
* Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and high reliability.
* Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
* Proficiency in English; Mandarin, Cantonese are an advantage.
* Basic computer literacy (MS Office)
