Visual Design Intern

A visual designer intern creates impactful graphics that are coherent and consistent, but at the same time impressively unique, based on visual fundamentals and theory of design. A Junior Visual Designer is still studying and learning about tools and methodologies applied to visual design projects. This role needs to produce and execute visual design projects, working alongside with other designers and
under a lead supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
* Requires analysis and solving of common design problems. May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures.
* Requires understanding of the design projects set by creative leads, its involved mainly in executional support.
* Primary upward interaction is with creative leads and peers.
* Collaborate in brainstorming sessions with the team.
* Support creation of templates/style guides for client brands, through processes that encourage free thinking and creativity without boundaries.
* Proven design & layout skills, great eye for composition, color, typography and detail-oriented.
* Working independently, but always under supervision.

* Bachelor's degree in progress in visual or graphic design related with project specific needs.
* Have academic projects that demonstrates aesthetic creative solutions.
* Is open-minded and demonstrates flexibility and optimism in adapting to change.
* Basic knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite tools. (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign).
* Basic knowledge in Figma.
* Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office tools: PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
* Problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
* Intermediate written and verbal English communication skills for documentation, meetings, and collaboration.
* Strong willingness to continuously learn through formal training and self-directed learning.
* Proactive attitude and eagerness to take initiative.
* Clear and effective communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
