This position is intended for those on a limited duration, fixed internship intended to give exposure to Intel's business spanning one or more areas of product development. As an intern, learns and applies knowledge, builds skills, and explores future career opportunities through hands-on experience and projects that support Intel business goals in a collaborative environment.

The internship offers a collaborative, hands-on environment to strengthen your technical expertise in physical design, enhance programming and analytical problem-solving skills, and gain exposure to industry-standard design methodologies that support Intel's technology leadership. This internship has a duration of six months.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.

* You should be working towards a bachelor's, licenciate or master's degree Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
* Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency (both verbal and written).
* Must have unrestricted - permanent right to work in Costa Rica.

Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

* Knowledge in VLSI
* Scripting skills (Phyton, TCL)

Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.
