The Position

Job Summary

The SHE Intern will support the Safety, Health, Environment, and Security team in the continuous improvement of the SHE management system. This role provides hands-on SHE documentation, contributing to a strong safety culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Support with critical thinking the identification of occupational health and safety risks.
* Assist in the development, review, and documentation of Critical Tasks procedures, safe work instructions and chemical management
* Collaborate in the development of SHE related documentation.
* Assist in chemical documentation processes, including inventories, labeling SGA, safety data sheets (SDS), and storage compliance.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote SHE awareness and best practices.

Requirements

* Currently enrolled student in Occupational Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
* Ability to critically identify, analyze, and anticipate occupational safety hazards and risks.
* Understanding of critical tasks, safe work procedures and chemical management.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively.
* Intermediate level of Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).

Preferred Skills

* Basic knowledge of SHE standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001, NFPA).
* Experience with documentation control or process mapping
