Job Description

You'll work on real commercial projects that help shape innovation, pricing, and promotions-supporting business case validation and price strategy. You'll build practical skills in pricing and promotion analytics, shopper and market metrics, and how retailers work, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and connecting with external industry networks. By the end, you'll have tangible outputs you can point to, and a strong foundation for a career in commercial analytics and strategy.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
* Support with the design of our innovative initiatives (e.g., business case validation, price strategy)
* Support on financials aspects of our innovation reviews, along with 3 Year Financial Roadmap
for our Categories
* Assist on Promo Performance Analysis along with checks for Promo Adherence
* Conduct market research and produce insights linked to pricing, promotion and competitive dynamics
* Learn about shopper metrics, market share analysis and retailer ways of working
* Support to nurture partnerships with external organizations and Industry networks
* Learn, network, have fun and make people's lives more delicious

WHAT YOU BRING:
* Good with numbers and Excel
* Comfortable analyzing data and spotting insights
* Interest in pricing, promotions, and innovation
* Clear communicator (can explain findings simply)
* Organized, detail-focused, and proactive
