1. Monitor and analyze user experience and performance across Keeta's homepage, search, and recommendation channels to identify growth opportunities and optimize traffic allocation strategies. 2. Conduct product and market research to understand user needs and business scenarios, translating insights into actionable strategy recommendations. 3. Support feature and strategy iterations by analyzing data, designing and evaluating A/B tests, and preparing experiment reports. 4. Collaborate with Product, Algorithm, and Operations teams to support feature launches and monitor key business metrics. 5. Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and advanced analytics to improve decision-making, experimentation, and traffic strategy performance

Requisiti del candidato:

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field. 2. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and Python. 3. Understanding of A/B testing, statistical analysis, and data-driven experimentation methodologies. 4. Structured thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, curiosity, and attention to detail. 5. Comfortable working with large datasets and translating insights into business recommendations. 6. Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese; Arabic is a plus
