Job title: Talent Acquisition Student Worker

Reports to: Senior Recruiter IMEA

Key Responsibilities
* Assist in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
* Manage records by maintaining and updating recruitment files and organizing CVs.
* Create offer letters and provide ad hoc support for various recruitment tasks.
* Communicate effectively with candidates, providing updates throughout the recruitment process.
Technical Skills Required
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; strong command of English (written and verbal).
Skills and Attributes
* Positive, proactive, and collaborative team player.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
* Excellent communicator, able to engage with colleagues at all levels.
* Must be enrolled in a university or on a father's visa.
* Should be based in the UAE.
* Experience would be a plus
