This is a unique opportunity to join the Management Systems & Competence team as Environmental Specialist Trainee at our Tallinn Supply Site. Working across production and office areas, you'll help operate and improve our environmental management system, support safe chemical handling, reduce waste, increase recycling, and engage colleagues in hands-on sustainability actions. Your work will have a visible impact on how we operate and how our people experience sustainability every day.
What you will do:
* Work with the environmental management system (EMS) documentation, routines, and continuous improvement.
* Provide assistance and support in waste and chemical management, general environmental management, and sustainability projects.
* Help conduct chemical audits and keep records up to date.
* Organize environmental promotion events (e.g., Environmental Week, plogging).
* Help promote environment inside the company and proactively initiate engagement activities to raise awareness (campaigns, short trainings, internal communications).
* Support everyday tasks in waste management (sorting guidance, data collection, signage, vendor coordination).
* Attend team meetings, site walkthroughs, and cross functional sessions; capture actions and follow ups.
* Contribute to improving our work environment through practical ideas and data driven insights.
Who We're Looking For:
* Students studying Environmental Science/Engineering, Sustainability, Ecology or similar
* Basic knowledge of environmental regulations, environmental reporting requirements and sustainability principles
* Fundamental Microsoft 365 skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Teams etc.)
* Curious, passionate individuals eager to bring fresh ideas, adapt to change and learn quickly
* Candidates who are willing to take initiative, challenge themselves, and make a positive impact
* High proficiency in English, both verbal and written

* Currently studying at a University or Vocational School
* Your current study course will continue after August 2026
* You have valid working rights in Estonia at least till 31.08.2026
* You are available and ready to commit to the traineeship full time (Mon-Fri) for at least standard period of 01.06-14.08.2026
