Job Description:
Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Finance Intern - Invoice to Cash, from August to December 2026, located in Manila, Philippines.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
The Invoice to Cash - Reporting Team Intern is mainly responsible for producing high-quality reports that drive decision-making across the organization.
Customer risk assessment and mitigation:
* Data Collection & Analysis. Capture and compile data from various sources, including databases and spreadsheets.
* Report Generation. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of report delivery.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal partners to understand reporting needs and provide relevant insights. Support decision making processes with clear data story telling.
* Quality Assurance. Conduct data validation checks and ensure data quality and consistency in reporting. Continuously improve reporting processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
* Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Manager
Others
* Help in Customer Master Data and Pricing tasks
* Help update Work Instructions (WI)
Qualifications
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or other relevant courses
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeolders
* Good command of English, both oral and written
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Teamwork spirit and can work under pressure
* Result oriented, able to succeed in a deadline-oriented environment
* Learning agility, adaptability to change with a growth mindset
