Internship (OJT) : SEA Retail Operations & Franchise

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in data gathering and preparation of reports related to store performance, sales trends, and operational KPIs.

* Support the team in monitoring and updating operational trackers, store compliance documents, and franchise records.

* Help prepare presentations and materials for meetings with regional stakeholders and franchise partners.

* Participate in retail and franchise projects, including data analysis, research, and process documentation.

* Support coordination of store communications, announcements, and operational updates.

* Assist in organizing retail trainings, meetings, and workshops, including logistics preparation and minutes documentation.

* Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and updating databases as assigned.

* Join team meetings to gain exposure to regional retail operations, franchise management, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or related field.

* School endorsement for OJT / internship hours completion.

* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of data analysis is a plus.

* Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

* Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and support diverse tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
