About this team The Mother & Baby FMCG team is responsible for driving the growth of one of the platform's most strategic consumer categories, spanning baby care, maternal products, nutrition, and family essentials. We partner closely with leading brands, merchants, creators, and cross-functional teams to build category strategies, drive commercial growth, and deliver an engaging shopping experience for millions of users. Combining data-driven decision-making with innovative commerce solutions, the team plays a key role in shaping the future of social commerce in the Mother & Baby space. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Category Data Tracking & Analysis Support - Update performance trackers to monitor key metrics and areas for improvement - Support in strategizing and executing plans to address key category priorities and projects - Lead special projects and programs that strategically align with overall category direction and priorities 2. Competitor Analysis - Conduct in-depth studies of competitor actions and strategies, providing analysis and recommendations for counteraction plans - Analyze price competitiveness to inform pricing strategies and enhance market positioning of the category - Provide executional support in setting up promotional tools and mounting special projects in order to remain competitive with other platforms
Requisiti del candidato:
Minimum Qualifications - Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related fields. - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. - Excellent organizational and project management abilities. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications - Practical experience in E-commerce category operations, competitor analysis, and creator management. - Opportunities to collaborate with and learn from experienced professionals. - Insights into market trends and strategic decision-making.
