We are seeking university students in the final stages of their studies, preferably graduating within one year, to fill our vacant SAP Finance Trainee position at IBM Consulting. As an SAP Finance Trainee, you will join IBM's Early Associate Internship Program, where you can kick-start your career in consulting. The contract is part-time and fixed-term. Weekly working hours are limited to 30 to enable you to finalize your studies. The contract duration is 6-12 months depending on your individual schedule. The employment start date will be flexibly agreed upon.

Your Role And Responsibilities

As an SAP Finance Trainee, you will work on a wide range of SAP Finance-related tasks. You will participate in application service delivery, as well as in the requirements analysis, design, and implementation of SAP solutions. You will also support senior consultants in various roles within larger SAP projects and assist service line management with bids and proposals. During your traineeship, you may work with different SAP Finance solutions and modules, such as SAP S/4HANA Finance, FI, CO, Asset Accounting, and Controlling, depending on your previous experience

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

What we expect from you is active and enthusiastic attitude, analytical thinking, high level of ambition and the ability to work independently and in a team. We also value good presentation skills as well as knowledge of software and services. SAP related studies and/or user experience are seen as big advantage. English and Finnish language skills are mandatory. More importantly the ideal candidate has a cheerful attitude, courage to take on new challenges and enthusiasm towards information systems and client facing business consulting.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

Preferred requirements include strong business process understanding within a relevant SAP module and the ability to apply real-life business knowledge in a consulting context, ongoing master's studies in a relevant field, and experience working in international or multicultural environments
