We are now looking for Summer Trainees to join our Supply Management teams at KONE Elevator Factory in Hyvinkää, Finland. The internship is four months of full-time work and preferred starting date in the beginning of May 2026.

The teams plan and coordinate the activities of KONE projects in execution phase ensuring that the overall KONE objectives are accomplished. In this role, you will ensure that deliverables are on time, profitable, high quality and meet customer expectations. A collaborative and customer-focused way of working together with our sales companies in your way to successful project execution.

Key responsibilities:
* To learn and support project activities by working together with a Supply Manager and collaborating with experts and other key project stakeholders
* To learn how to support the coordination of engineering, materials quality, sourcing, and logistics in the projects
* To learn how to create, review, and maintain accurate lead times and project variations
* To participate in project meetings and support effective collaboration and communication across the full project chain

We are looking for students with the following features:
* 2-5 years of studies, preferably in the technical or commercial field
* Outspoken innovative person, willingness to bring fresh ideas with him/her
* Interest in understanding how industrial organizations and teams work
* Interest in working in a global and multicultural organization and teams
* Independent working style and drive for results
* Commitment to customers' success in everything one does
* Desire to collaborate cross-teams and co-create with colleagues
* Fluent in English language skills, Finnish language skills are an asset
* Knowledge of MS Tools is a must and prior knowledge of SAP would be beneficial.
