Join our Team

We offer a Master Thesis position in the Cyber-Physical Systems Research team at Ericsson Research, Finland. In this role, you will get an opportunity to put your theoretical knowledge into practice with mentorship from our forward-thinking professionals. You will be exposed to a global organization that develops groundbreaking technology that truly changes the world.

Together with the rest of the research team, you will be developing novel concepts, solutions, algorithms, and patents. Our team works for example with application protocols, standardization, interoperability, and Generative AI in the intersection of Cyber-Physical Systems and mobile networks. You will do your Master Thesis in the scope of an Ericsson Research project to shape the future of mobile networks.

The skills you bring

* Strong analytical skills
* Curiosity to experiment with new technologies
* Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
* Ability to work both independently and in a team
* Knowledge of network stack and network protocols
* Familiarity with GNSS and positioning systems
* Experience in drones building and autopilot system
* Proficiency in Python or Go
* Basic knowledge of C/C++
* Familiarity with IoT protocols is a plus, e.g., CoAP, MQTT
