We are opening an internship program for our Modules & Equipment Domain.

The Procurement intern reports to the Commodity Director, participate actively to Transversal topics and play a key role:

Scope & perimeter:

Modules & Equipment Domain including Brakes, Doors, HVAC, Pantographs, Couplers, Ganways... for all Rolling Stock Platforms

The main missions are :

* Supporting Domain Procurement buyers and managers in their daily work : supplier search, communication, KPIs follow-up, Sustainability and Compliancy, Cybersecurity

* Contribute in evaluation of supplier Performances QCDT

* Ensure all supplier data are up to date and active participation to Panel optimization

* Preparation of Request For Quotation, Offer comparison

Profile:

Educational requirements

- Business school or Engineering degree with MASTER in purchasing

Technical Knowledge / Experience:

- Fluent English & International background

- Previous working experience in purchasing

Behavioural and Technical Skills / Competencies:

- Strong interpersonal skills (communication, ability to convince)

- Use of Excel, Powerpoint

- Organized, Results and Detailed oriented

Job Location / Mobility :

On Site in Alstom Saint-Ouen Headquarter
