Job Description

You join the team of the Technical and Sustainable Development Department within the Sustainable Development Pole, who is looking for a Environment Project Manager for a internship 6 months starting from March 2026.
The candidate will intervene, directly or in support of all the assets managed, on all these missions, both in the Technical Direction and for internal services.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main missions will be:
* Management of regulatory and environmental topics across the entire Logistics, Office, Commercial and Residential portfolio;
* Follow-up of environmental certification projects on the managed heritage;
* Implementation of remote reading fluid meters;
* Monitoring and control of real estate diagnostics (ERNT, DPE, termites...), during arbitrations and new leases;
* Control and monitoring of ICPE compliance and Internal Operations Plans on logistics assets;
* Monitoring of administrative aspects during the life of logistics warehouses: ICPE declaration, declarations of change of operator, amending files, management of the withdrawal of reservations following inspection visits;
* Monitoring of LED relamping projects on logistical assets;
* ADB control for building HSE compliance;
* Management and control of the production of environmental audits in acquisition phases;
* Environmental reporting for investors.
