Job Description

JOB AND MISSIONS
You are joining our Metrics Certification and Surveillance team within the Market & Counterparty Risk (M&CR) department, who is looking for a Counterparty Risk Analyst, for an internship of 6 months starting no later than February 26, 2026 .

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
* Validate, monitor and analyze economic counterparty risk indicators;
* Be the guarantor of the certification process for risk indicators as well as compliance with procedures (notifications, exceedances...);
* Ensure the monitoring of client exposures online with risk frameworks defined at the level of each counterparty, through the monitoring of risk metrics, tracking of customer activity and notification of overruns to management and client managers;
* Contribute to the quantitative and qualitative analyses presented in the context of recurring counterparty risk monitoring committees to senior management;
* Collaborate on specific projects, as well as drafting and maintaining documentation, operational procedures and operating modes related to the activities followed.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Student at the BAC+4/5 level, you are preparing a university degree, from a business school or an engineering school, with a specialization in market finance. You have knowledge of monitoring counterparty or market risks as well as derivatives and securities financing transactions (reverse repos and loan/debt). You know the metrics used for counterparty risk monitoring (VaR Credit, EEPE, ..).

You have knowledge of programming languages (VBA, SQL, Python..) and commands under Unix/Linux. You constantly challenge yourself and seek to always develop new skills. You are recognized for your logical mind, your rigor, and your curiosity. And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
