YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:
This internship will take place in Paris, at our headquarters starting from July 2026. As a member of Danone's M&A team, you will report directly to an M&A Manager, and will have the opportunity to develop your skills:
* Participate in acquisitions, disposals, JVs, and in the various stages of a corporate development process
* Analyze companies: research economic information and present summaries to Finance leadership
* Model business plans and financial valuations (company valuation process)
* Prepare summary documents for recommendation to Group Executives

* Compensation from EUR1,300 (Bachelor's +4 and gap year) to EUR1,500 (Bachelor's +5) gross/month.

For this position, we are looking for someone:
* Available from July 2026 for a duration of 6 months
* At the level of Bac+4/5 in university, business school, or engineering school
* You are rigorous and organized, with a strong analytical mind
* Willing and committed, you are able to work independently
* You are fluent in English
