Job Description
POSITION AND MISSIONS
You are joining our team Business Support Documentation within the management Corporate Banking, who is looking for Intern Front Office Business Support Documentation, for a duration of 6 months from May 2026.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
* Check the consistency between the final legal documentation (Final Terms), the commercial documentation (brochure) and the Key Information Document (DIC or KID) to respond to the AMF regulator;
* Actively participate in first-level controls (LOD1) on our activities (monthly, quarterly);
* Review and verify the compliance of the Liquidity and Compensation letters, integrated into the Distribution Contract that governs our partnerships (governing the commissions paid to intermediaries);
* Ensure the production of KIDs provided in pre-trade within the framework of PRIIPs regulations on non-standard payoffs;
* Support seamless communication between the Sales, Structuring, IT, Legal, and Compliance teams and our document editor;
* Contribute to the resolution of specific requests from sales teams (booking, Bloomberg contribution via our systems...);
* Manage projects to secure, optimize and automate our processes and documentation;
