STAGE - Transport Analyst Assistant

This internship will commence in July 2026

Key Responsibilities of the internship:
* Effectively manage transport related tasks in Europe Retail business
* Respond to and resolve complaints and problems
* Support the coordination of all deliveries across our zone
* To maintain the procedures for transportation, customs and logistical flows
* To guarantee the archiving of custom documents for audit purposes
* To prepare monthly review and KPIs
* To perform analysis on Service Level, transport cost & duties
* To benchmark current service providers
* To participate in the implementation of projects (like TMS or OMS)

Skills and Requirements:
In order to deliver the main responsibilities of the internship, you will need the following skills:
* Good understanding of Ecom / retail business
* Knowledge in transport at international level
* Strong analytical skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Able to show commercial aptitude
* Ability to work in fast paced environment
* Adherence to company policy - strong sense of corporate responsibility and ability to set a high standard
* Language: fluent in French and English

Technical:
* Excellent computer skills
* Proficiency in the Microsoft office suite: Excel is a must
* Database Management: Business intelligence analysis
* Reporting and administration skills - reporting to management accurately and within deadlines

Soft skills
* Collaborative personality and strong communication skills
* Demonstrates initiative, self-motivation and ownership
* Problem solving - ability to confidently deal with issues surrounding deliveries, transfers, stock takes and events
* Highly motivated and committed
