Description

The Global International Team is looking for an Intern to collaborate on driving online projects focused on accelerating the e-commerce development of our Darphin and Lab Series brands. In particular, the role will support regions through global function coordination, affiliates information cascading, brand sites campaigns & launches online performance analysis and ad-hoc requests in executing key strategic e-commerce projects.
Key missions
Support Brand.com Global Online Lead in building the 6-month B.COM animation plan.
Consolidate local online activation plans and create reports on key campaigns & launches across all affiliates.
Support Online Head in key business critical presentations formatting and data analysis (quarterly business reviews, brand shows to retailers and else).
Build and execute the retro planning for North America creative briefing and delivery of assets.
Run Brand.com, e-retailers & pure players monthly sites audit to ensure brand latest updates are reflected on boutique (assortment, assets) and follow up with corrective actions to be taken with technical stakeholders.
Run and present to team & brand top management a comprehensive global competitive benchmarking to report big ideas, trends and best practices.
Support the regions in launching NPLs and calendar activations with product copy and assets coordination.
Content Refresh Guidelines Project: Streamlining Updates Across Our Websites.
Collaborate with the regions and internal teams to ensure Lab Series Amazon related queries & the improvement of the performance.

Qualifications

Business school student (Bac+4/5 or equivalent), with a previous internship experience. English fluency required.
Analytical and numerical abilities to draw business insights and recommendations
Autonomous, proactive, solution-oriented, with strong project management skills
Business sense, curiosity, and commitment to driving impact
Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable working with all levels of the organization
Team player, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Pack Office. Knowledge of .NET, CMS, and/or Offer Manager is a plus
