YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:

We are looking for two interns who will be based in Paris at our global headquarters starting July 1st, 2026. Siyun CAI and Divya Mishra global learning manager in the team Danone Academy will guide you through your day to day tasks and help you grow in your role:

* Participation in the design of learning solutions at the Group level (eLearning, classroom, virtual classes, blended programs, etc.). Brief description of mission
* Managing the Danone Academy community of colleagues and learners worldwide to enhance Danone's learning solutions.
* Providing ongoing support to regional contacts for global program tracking and general learning inquiries.
* Creating communication approaches for our learning programs to promote them within the Group.
* Supporting learning managers in instructional design and project management.
* Leading LMS output processes: translating learning solutions, tracking, evaluation reporting, and preparing insights for informed decision-making with diverse stakeholders.
* Supporting execution and coordination of learning programs (on-site or virtual).
* Proactively searching for new ways to utilize data in the system for better and more informed action plans.
THE BENEFITS OF THIS INTERNSHIP:
* Up to 2 days/week of remote work

* INTERNSHIP : Compensation from EUR1,300 (Bachelor's +4 and gap year) to EUR1,500 (Bachelor's +5) gross/month.

For this position, we are looking for someone:
* Available from July 2026 for a duration of 6 months
* At the level of Bac+4/5 in university, business school, or engineering school
* Name qualities (e.g. organized, rigorous, and autonomous)
* Comfortable with Excel, you have an affinity for accounting and financial concepts
